League rules are be posted under 'Downloads'.

Here are the major rules:

- Participating teams must be members of DLF.

- No later than five days before a game the teams must submit the registration sheet. Players noted on the registration sheet aren't required to play, but players not noted can't play.

- If players wants to represent another team they will be suspended for one game day.

- Home team must paint field, provide 7 cones, 3 stop watches, 2 goals and score sheet.

- 3 game points will be awarded for a victory in regular time. 2 points will be awarded for the winner and 1 point for the looser in OT.
